Send applications in the prescribed format with
(1) fee receipt
(2) self-attested photo copies of educational qualifications and date of birth
(3) 3 recent passport size photo
(4) Attested copy of Valid Caste certificate,
(5) Any other document in Special case, e.g. PH, Ex Army
Two self-addressed envelopes of 25×12 cms size with full postal address duly affixed stamps of Rs. 39/- on each enclosed in an envelope super scribed with the name of the post applied for should reach to the concerned recruitment center as mentioned in notification on or before 05th January 2014 and far flung areas on or before 20th January 2014.
